What Is Serialization?
Serialization is the process of converting an object's state (its data and code) into a byte stream, allowing it to be:
- Saved to a file or database
- Transmitted over a network
- Transferred between different Java Virtual Machines (JVMs)
- Reconstructed later into its original object form (deserialization)
Think of serialization as "freezing" an object into a portable format that can travel anywhere and be "unfrozen" back into a live object.

Why Serialization Is Needed?
Serialization solves several critical problems in software development:
1. Communication Between Systems
Enables multiple computer systems to share and execute objects across different JVMs, even on different architectures or operating systems.

How to Make Objects Serializable
Implementing Serializable Interface
To enable serialization, a class must implement the java.io.Serializable interface:

Serial Version UID
The serialVersionUID is a unique identification number that the JVM associates with each serializable class. It's used during deserialization to verify that the sender and receiver of a serialized object have loaded classes that are compatible.
